General Information
✦ Please use an e-mail you use on a regular basis so I may reach you with possible questions/concerns.
✦ I am not obligated to accept your commission and have the right to decline for any given reason.
✦These are for personal use only. You nor your company may use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain. This also includes NFT/Cryptocurrency trading.
✦Cannot be used for AI training.
✦Please have images of your character or an image compilation describing the character's appearance. E-mails with no visual reference will most likely be rejected!
✦Please specify what you want with posing, clothing, etc. before paying off your invoice because I’ll assume I have free reign. Please be aware that it may cost extra depending on specifications.
✦ Once the commission is complete, you will receive a ZIP folder with the PSD file, HiRes, and LowRes.
Time/Process
✦ You may set a deadline if needed, if not, I will try my best to give deadlines for updates.
✦ Turnaround time can take up to a few weeks to an entire month!
✦ If a hard deadline is expected, please inform me about it.
✦ I will be sending a rough sketch WIP, if you want any changes on it, this will be a good time to tell me.
Payment Methods/Refunds
✦Paypal Only! Unless we agreed on partial payment, you must pay in full before I begin your commission. Failure to do so after 2 days will lead to cancellation.
✦ I only send invoices so do not send money to my contact e-mail.
✦Commissions are non-refundable after the work is complete.
✦I have the right to cancel and refund the money at any time.
✦You may ask for a refund if I have not yet started the commission.
✦ I will allow partial payment for commissions that exceed $200USD, and will discuss how the payments will work.
✦I will not give refunds after the first WIP.
