General Information
✦ Please use an e-mail you use on a regular basis so I may reach you with possible questions/concerns. I also only send invoices so do not send money to my contact e-mail.✦ I am not obligated to accept your commission and have the right to decline for any given reason.✦These are for personal use only. You nor your company may use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain. This also includes NFT/Cryptocurrency trading.✦Cannot be used for AI training.✦Please have images ready of your character or an image compilation describing the character's appearance. E-mails with no visual reference will most likely be rejected!✦Please specify what you want with posing, clothing, etc. before paying off your invoice because I’ll assume I have free reign. Please be aware that it may cost extra depending on specifications.✦ Once the commission is finished, I will send a ZIP folder of the PSD file, HiRes, and LowRes of the finished piece.
Time/Process
✦ I usually give a deadline, so I can add to my schedule.✦ Turnaround time can take up to a few weeks to an entire month! If there are any sudden emergencies I will try my best to keep you updated.✦ If a piece will have a hard deadline and private, please inform me.✦ I will be sending a rough sketch WIP, if you want any changes on it, this will be a good time to tell me.
Payment Methods/Refunds
✦Paypal Only! Unless we agreed on partial payment, you must pay in full before I begin your commission. Failure to do so after 2 days will lead to cancellation.✦Commissions are non-refundable after the work is complete.✦I have the right to cancel and refund the money at any time.✦You may ask for a refund if I have not yet started the commission.✦ I will allow partial payment for commissions that exceed $200USD, and will discuss how the payments will work.✦I will not give refunds after the first WIP.
